Logistics Operation Assistant

Background / Position Summary

The Logistics Operation Assistant is accountable for effectively managing Infineum Zhangjiagang plant logistics operations. He / She will be responsible for raw material inbound and finish products outbound scheduling and coordinate day to day operational activities. This role also interfaces with other functions (Plant Operations and Lab team) and Third-Party Service Providers which requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally. The position is accountable to the local Site Logistics Leader.

物流操作助理负责润英联张家港工厂的物流操作，主要涉及日常的工厂原材料收货和成品发货的物流调度。此岗位会与公司内多部门以及外部第三方合作，需要较好的沟通与解决问题的能力，以建立良好的内外部合作关系，此岗位将汇报给中国区物流主管。

Key Outputs: What we can expect from you

• Coordinate day to day Logistics operational activities at Infineum Zhangjiagang plant

协调润英联张家港工厂内的日常物流操作

• Work with third-party logistics service providers and self-collection customers on daily logistic scheduling and operations

与物流第三方和自提客户协作进行日常物流调度和操作

• Actively involved in third-party logistics service providers performance and safety management

积极参与物流第三方的绩效和安全管理

• Adopt DOIMS (Distribution Operations Integrity Management System) safety mindset within daily operational logistics responsibilities

• Receipt and release of ISO-tanks and drums via SAP and Truck Loading System. Document and archive corresponding records.

在SAP和装车系统中执行ISO-tank和桶装货的收货与发货，并做好相应的记录以及文档管理

• Ensure inbound and outbound logistics operation complies with safety and regulatory.

确保进出工厂的物流操作符合安全法律法规的要求

• Support on logistic cost review and verification

协助对账、确认物流费用

• Support plant Month-end closing

工厂月末盘库数据的收集

• Reconciling of raw materials loss/gain

原材料损益数据的跟踪检查

• Coordinate drivers’ safety training

协调物流司机安全培训

• Weighbridge operations and cross-checks

地磅的日常操作和平行性检查

• Logistics SOPs owner and management

物流标准操作程序的所有者和管理者

• Monitors and initiates request replenishment for and seals

管理铅封的库存

• Any other additional responsibilities as assigned

• Experience in ISO tanks, and knowledge of warehousing management
