Role Title: HSSE Engineer
Function and Department: Supply/HSSE/Zhang Jiagang (ZJG)

Position Summary:
Join our HSSE team as we work to create a “Nobody Gets Hurt” working environment through implementing OIMS system continuously. In this role, you will be responsible for managing personal safety and occupational health for the Zhang Jiagang plant.
Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve
- Maintain the personal safety system including security and implement related safety program continuously.
- Develop annual safety inspection plan and track the progress.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing BBSO and PHR data to identify safety trends and implement corrective actions
- Maintain occupational health management system.
- Implementing applicable I-GHP and T1 BP requirement.
- Support other department by providing expertise in personal safety and occupational health.

Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering / safety engineering technology
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Demonstrated expertise in personal safety or occupational health.
- Proven 2-3 years’ experience in mutinational chemical company.
- Ability to analyse complex data and present findings clearly.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred:
- Intermediate Certified Safety Engineer in Chemical Safety（中级注册安全工程师-化工安全专业）
- Setting priorities, work simultaneously on multiple tasks, negotiating, problem solving skills, teamwork, continuous improvement, taking initiative.
