Position Summary:

The Digital Technology (DT) Transformation Advisor Role is an exciting opportunity to work in a global team in an exciting growth area with strong ambition and focus from the organisation.

The incumbent will be responsible for three primary areas:

  • Data Literacy Program/s design and implementation (multi-year program):  as Data Literacy Program Advisor, the incumbent will be responsible for evaluating, designing, implementing and project managing the enterprise Data Literacy program/s aimed at enabling Infineum’s employees to develop the data skills, knowledge, and confidence to use data effectively in their roles. In delivering this activity, the incumbent will be supported by an external consulting company
  • DT Transformation Change Management: the incumbent will support the DT Transformation Program manager in coordinating the DT transformation work-streams and tracking program KPIs and milestones.
  • DT Communication: management and coordination of DT communication to the enterprise for the whole Digital Transformation team, ensuring that all the business stakeholders are informed and engaged in the DT value-added initiatives.

 

The main responsibiliy is to be a Transformation Program Advisor and will be driven by the DT transformation business impact and the employee's data proficiency and engagement into data literacy.

 

Key Outputs: What we can expect from you

  • Development and implementation Data Literacy and coaching Program/s that are tailored to Infineum Functions at multiple levels and organization's needs, with the support and collaboration of an external consultancy vendors
  • Lead the Data Literacy vendor/s selection process through dedicated procurement bids
  • Manages Data Literacy Program/s - resources, budget, timeline, risks, and third-party vendors performance/coordination to ensure that the program is delivered effectively
  • Assess business data literacy readiness in the functions/organization by using skills and training requirements, drives and design upskilling roadmaps, create curriculum and determine training performance metrics (impact and effectiveness)
  • Develops and executes data literacy strategies and plans that align with the organizational goals and objectives
  • Acts as a champion, trainer, and facilitator to improve organizational data literacy, foster a data-driven culture, and support the delivery of measurable business outcomes
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including data and analytics teams, business units, vendors, and the external consulting company
  • Report and communicate the status and results of data literacy projects to senior management and other relevant parties
  • Monitor and review the performance and deliverables of the external consulting company and provide feedback and guidance as needed
  • Develops and tracks learning KPIs to measure capability uplift and Data Analytics maturity, and shares learning progress
  • Continuously identifies and assesses overall D&A learning needs within Infineum - working closely with Portfolio Manager to identify potential upcoming project requirements
  • Develop comprehensive communication plans that align with the organization’s digital initiatives. These plans outline targeted messaging, channels, and timing for different stakeholder groups
  • Conduct a thorough stakeholder analysis to understand the needs, preferences, and communication styles of various stakeholders. Identify key influencers and decision-makers
  • Create and curate relevant and engaging content for digital platforms. This includes writing articles, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
  • Change Management Communication:  provide and facilitate clear and empathetic communication about changes linked to digital transformation to address concerns, manage expectations, and promote adoption
  • Track the effectiveness of communication efforts using metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and sentiment analysis. Adjust strategies based on data insights
  • Support the DT Transformation Program manager in coordinating the DT transformation work-streams, tracking KPIs and milestones’ achievements.
  • Facilitate collaboration and coordination among the different stakeholders, teams, and functions involved in the digital transformation efforts, with a focus on the digital technology function
  • Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools for effective change management and digital transformation, tailored to the needs and challenges of the digital technology function
  • Any other roles and responsibilities as assigned

   A successful candidate is likely to have:

  • 5+ years of business experience in digital culture change management, data literacy/data education
  • Experience in designing and delivering programs in areas of people development, culture and mindset shift with digitalization agenda.
  • Practical experience in conceptualizing experiential learning programs and facilitate workshops
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering a communication and change management plan
  • Understanding of IT/technology and a good network of external partners
  • A people enthusiast who is focused on promoting individual growth & development
  • A D&A advocate who understands the mindset required for a D&A future, the implications on roles & responsibilities & individuals ‘capabilities
  • A leader of learning/change record within digital transformations
  • A communicator to promote the learning programs and able to create engaging contents on multiple communication channels
  • Proven project management skills and experience in leading and delivering complex projects
