Position Summary:
The Technical Service Analyst plays a vital role in supporting Deep Expertise Technologists by coordinating testing activities, arranging experimental programmes, and conducting data analysis and interpretation. This position is an integral part of the Technology team in China, working closely with technologists to generate high-quality technical data and insights that support project development and decision-making. The role contributes to the efficient execution of technical programmes through effective test management, analytical evaluation, and clear communication of results.
Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve
- Support Deep Expertise Technologists in the planning, coordination, and execution of technology programmes by ensuring testing activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Coordinate laboratory blends, test requests, sample logistics, and external testing activities to support project delivery and maintain data quality and integrity.
- Analyze, interpret, and summarize technical data, presenting results in clear and effective formats to support decision-making and project reviews.
- Prepare accurate, compliant, and well-documented technical materials and reports to meet internal requirements and support stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth execution of testing programmes and timely delivery of results.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on laboratory efficiency, data management, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Sample receipt and shipment including working with SDS and tracking inventory.
- Understanding and handling of hazardous materials, potentially including chemicals, solvents and nanomaterials.
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, summarize, and present technical data.
- Proven capability to coordinate testing programmes, manage project activities, and maintain high-quality technical records.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within global cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting R&D, technology development, or technical service activities.
- Familiarity with battery materials, electronic materials, lubricants, or specialty chemical applications.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies, data analysis, and experimental planning.
- Experience working with third-party testing providers and managing external technical resources.
