Role Title: Team Administrator
Function and Department: Site Operations SGP
Location: Singapore, KBT
Position Summary:
The Team Administrator will serve as the single point of contact for all KBT-based colleagues on office-related matters. This role is responsible for managing office administrative operations, as well as coordinating office vendors and suppliers. The Team Administrator must maintain a broad overview of office activities to ensure the workplace operates smoothly and safely. In addition, the role is expected to identify, propose, and implement improvements in productivity, safety, security, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve
General Office Administration & Colleague Support
- Perform receptionist duties
- Provide general support to all colleagues
- Organize office and assist colleagues in ways that optimize procedures
- Support onboarding of new hirers and off-boarding of leavers
- Registration of visitors and monitoring of office max occupancy load
- Coordinate deliveries of documents and office supplies
Office Facilities & Operations
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Handles all facilities-related matters pertaining to the building management
- Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping in the office, meeting rooms, pantry and storeroom
- Manage the inventory of office supplies such as stationery and pantry items
Vendor & Procurement Management
- Support in the procurement of new vendors’ office equipment and services
- Review of vendors’ service levels and performance over time
Site Events & Workplace Initiatives
- Support and coordinate site events
- Monitor and track energy consumption & waste management
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provide monthly site operations update and insights in a timely manner
Other Duties
- Any additional roles and responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Positive attitude and aptitude in problem-solving
