Position Summary:
Join our Technical team as we work to enable safe, reliable, and innovative operations that support a sustainable future through advanced process automation. As this is a new position within our organization, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and define the role from the ground up. In this role, you will be pivotal in leading the development of process control software for new projects and Management of Change (MoC) initiatives, while providing essential day-to-day support to Operations. You’ll also play a key role in the PCC team, building critical skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will ensure the cybersecurity and reliability of process control systems, drive operational excellence, and support compliance across our manufacturing units.
Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve
· To lead the development of process control software for new projects and Management of Change’s
providing day-to-day data Process Control support to Operations. PCC Engineer is a critical role. Developing PCC skills requires time and some of the required competencies, which are specific to our company (e.g, process knowledge).
In this role, you will :
· Develop all the process control software for our new projects and Management of Change’s
· Provide day-to-day Process Control Support to Operations
· Ensure the PCC Cyber Security
· Handle PCC troubleshooting (hardware and software), escalate and deal with global engineering for complex events;
· Own the Alarm management system
· Manage IT’s interface in terms of hardware and system connections

Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar environment.
· Detailed knowledge of application business control
· Understanding of risk
· Capacity to handle risk and take balanced decisions
· Good knowledge of the manufacturing industry and equipment
· Very detailed work attitude · Good knowledge of the OIMS framework d
· Knowledge of Honeywell is a must
· SAP familiarity is a plus
· Ability to prioritize, taking business issues into consideration
· Great interpersonal skills
· Customer oriented
· Capacity to understand, simplify complex problems and identify solutions
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of audiences, from panel operators to vice presidents, ensuring technical information is accessible and actionable at all levels
