Position Summary:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support Infineum’s manufacturing operations by managing production and inventory activities across multiple third-party contract sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring reliable supply, maintaining strong external relationships, and driving continuous improvement in offsite processing operations.

 

Key Outputs: What we can expect from you

  • Oversee production planning and inventory management at third-party manufacturing sites using SAP-MRP and other tools.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, investigating discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Schedule and lead annual physical inventory assessments at external sites.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align shipment schedules with Infineum’s supply needs.
  • Manage cost stewardship and ensure timely, accurate processing of non-auto-pay invoices.
  • Set up SAP configurations for new contracts and sites.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to third-party staff, including SAP onboarding.
  • Lead investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives at OSP sites.
  • Support the OSP Engineer in strategy development, project execution, relationship management, HSSE and quality assessments, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist with new site setup and site exit activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Hold an engineering degree; Chemical Engineering preferred.
