Role Title: First Line Leader (Instrument, Electrical and Analyzer)
Function and Department: Supply/Maintenance

Position Summary
The incumbent will lead a team of Maintenance Coordinators (IEA) to execute maintenance activities on instrument and electrical equipment safely, right-first-time, meeting standards and budget. This role owns relevant safety and reliability systems to drive continuous improvement, supports turnaround planning and execution, and contributes to major project delivery.
Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve
- Provide maintenance support for the plant's instrument and electrical systems (up to 22kV) to ensure safety and a high level of reliability and performance
- Maintain instrument and electrical maintenance manuals, work procedures and job safety assessments
- Responsible for maintenance of safety critical instrument and systems in accordance with the requirements of the Operations Integrity Management System
- Optimize contracted resources to perform maintenance activities (including liaising with procurement, contractors and vendors)
- Implement equipment strategies for instrument, electrical and analyser equipment and ensure equipment work history is updated in the SAP system
- Support project development and implementation by reviewing and selecting instrument and electrical systems
- Support Global Manufacturing Excellence process to continuously improve equipment performance and reliability of the facilities
- Support turnaround planning and execution
- Lead and develop Maintenance Coordinators to provide effective maintenance support to the manufacturing function
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the team to deliver while actively shaping future success and mentoring talent
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience in refinery, petrochemical plant, or related industrial settings
- Supervisory experience with ability to lead teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of relevant codes (e.g. IEC)
- Ability to manage work across planning, execution, and documentation stages
- Adaptable and resilient, with a strong drive to learn new skills and grow professionally
