Position Summary:       

Join our Technical team to help enable safe, reliable, and innovative operations that support a sustainable future through advanced process automation. This newly created role offers the opportunity to collaboratively shape its scope and impact. You’ll contribute to developing process control software for new projects supporting operations and mentoring a growing team—while helping ensure cybersecurity and reliability across our manufacturing units.

 

Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate on the development of process control software for new projects and change initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day support to operations, managing troubleshooting (hardware and software) and improve control systems.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity efforts and ensure system reliability.
  • Manage alarm systems and coordinate with IT on hardware and system integration.
  • Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with confirmed experience in process control and/or automation.
  • Experience in developing and supporting control systems in manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and risk management.
  • Understanding of industrial systems (e.g., Honeywell or similar platforms).
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across diverse teams and levels in the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and openness to continuous learning.
  • Ability to prioritize, being customer oriented.
  • SAP familiarity is a plus
  • Fluency in French and English.
