Position Summary:     
This role represents an opportunity to contribute to Infineum’s growth in new, carbon-resilient Specialty Chemicals areas, in line with our diversification strategy.
We are looking for a talented and determined, customer-focused individual, with proven capability to hunt for and to successfully deliver business opportunities in new growth areas for the company.
You will lead commercial projects, and act as primary owner of commercial relationships within a project area
 

Key Outputs: What we can expect from you
•    Prospect and develop new relationships and build a network in new markets; identify and successfully engage customer targets
•    Build industry knowledge and validate market requirements, define and “translate” customer un-met needs / problem statements into actionable projects 
•    Drive projects by ensuring key customer targets are met, identifying and proposing opportunities to accelerate delivery (including partnerships and acquisitions)
•    Develop and shape value propositions and unique selling points based on customer feedback
•    Actively monitor market and feed valuable competitive and customer intelligence into the project team
•    Develop pricing strategy that fully extracts the value of Infineum’s solutions, negotiating sales/partnership agreements, driving adoption at customer interface and delivering sales

•    Have a good commercial acumen, strong numeracy and enhanced interpersonal skills 
•    View challenges as opportunities to learn and find new solutions
•    Be capable of working under pressure with limited supervision on several parallel activities
•    Experience in specialty chemicals industry, especially the coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE), would be an advantage
