Position Summary
Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve
- Lead the planning and delivery of communication projects, campaigns and initiatives that support business priorities, organisational change and employee engagement.
- Develop audience-focused communication strategies and plans, providing advice on messaging, channels, timing and stakeholder engagement approaches.
- Create high-quality communications across a range of formats and channels, translating complex business and technical information into clear, engaging and impactful content.
- Manage communication channels and editorial calendars, ensuring content is delivered consistently, effectively and in line with business objectives.
- Use audience insights, feedback and communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve communications outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders, providing trusted communications counsel and support for key initiatives.
- Ensure communications align with Infineum's brand, values and governance requirements, supporting reputation management and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

- Demonstrated ability to create clear, engaging and impactful content across multiple communication channels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, advise and build effective working relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate delivery activities and work independently where required.
- Experience using digital communication channels and applying data or audience insights to improve communication effectiveness.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality communications.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools or a willingness to leverage new technologies to enhance communications outcomes.
Preferred
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or employee engagement communications.
- Experience working in a corporate communications, internal communications or public affairs environment.
- Knowledge of brand governance, reputation management or issue communications.
